French Culinary Classes and Tours
I apologize that I have not posted any new article. Chef Roland and I are in San Antonio where we have packed up my parents with the help of my brother, Scott Jones. The trucks are loaded and we're headed up to Missiouri to get them settled into their new home. I probably won't be able to post any new articles for a few days. I appreciate all the people that are coming to our web site and reading the articles that I post on our blog, Food For Thought. I hope you find them educating, as well as entertaining. May all your food experiences are a celebration of who you are that is shared with friends and family. (If there are alot of typing errors, please forgive me, I am typing without my glasses!)
When Roland and I met, I was one of those people who opened the box or can and warmed up the family meal. After our marriage in 2005, I truely began to appreciate what food is really about, not only that it can taste very good, and be nutritious, but that it can be a celebration of who you are and the people that you share it with.
