One of the aspects of food and eating that is discussed often, both socially and clinically, is portion size. It's easy to critisize the eating habits of others, particularly when taking a meal in an all-you-can-eat buffet. Actually, the subject of portion size is a subject that we should all give consideration. Unconsciously, any society can incremetally change and the subtlety of that change can occur in such a way that, as a society, we don't even notice it.
