Do you ever dream of wandering through quiet, quaint villages in the provincial countryside of France? Have you ever wondered what kinds of experiences you could have simply by immersing yourself in a French community...eating and talking with the people that live there?  Are you ready to explore new tastes, smells, and experience the food you've only read about in magazines?

Then come with us, Roland and Elaine Parny.  Come experience Central France in Le Berry Region on a Culinary Tour we like to call 'A Taste of Le Berry'!  With accommodations in a country gite (farmhouse converted to an Inn) we will set up house for a week's stay in the French countryside.  Each day will be full of activity as we explore the surrounding fromageries, wineries, local farms, markets, and restaurants.  Evenings will consist of Chef Roland guiding preparation of our very own French Cuisine family style meal.  Also included in our daily excursions will be visits to extraordinary chateaus and various other historical areas reflecting Roman, Medieval, and Renaissance periods of French history.

Le Berry is Chef Roland's home.  This is where he began what has become more than 40 years of culinary instruction and experience.
