For each class, Chef Roland will choose dishes to prepare with you. You and your classmates will then make the meal together under Chef Roland's direction. As you do, Chef Roland will teach you about the various principles and techniques that go into each dish.
All ingredients are provided, and you get to eat what you make!
Individual classes last four hours and cost $50 per person. You will need to bring a head covering (a scarf, hat, or hairnet) and an apron.
An additional option is Chef Roland's Culinary Series, which includes 5 separate classes for $200.
Classes are temporarily suspended at this time due to the fact that we have sold La Galette Berrichonne, our French bakery/cafe, and the kitchen we used for our classes. At this time, we have several locations we are working on to resume these classes.
