This is my first attempt at maintaining a blog and I'm a little suprised that I'm actually sticking with it. I was afraid that my ignorance of Food would make maintaining the blog a challenge but I think what's happened is that my ignorance has given me the freedom and the motivation to go looking for information that I think is educational and fun. I do hope that there is something that I post that you find interesting and that causes you to think about your own food culture. Maybe, you would like to shedule a cooking class for you and your friends in your home? Or, consider coming with us to Le Berry in 2011? Team Development is always a fun food experience and we can make those arrangements with your company to present a culinary class that engages all your staff.
When Roland and I met, I was one of those people who opened the box or can and warmed up the family meal. After our marriage in 2005, I truely began to appreciate what food is really about, not only that it can taste very good, and be nutritious, but that it can be a celebration of who you are and the people that you share it with.
