We all get booboo's, you know the "ouchies" of life. When those feelings of being overwhelmed, fatiqued, stressed, sad, afraid or alone hit us, we all reach for something to make "it" all feel better. We have a vast array of hurts and frustrations and, as well, there is as much a difference in what we think to ingest to diffuse the feelings that "it" brings into our lives.
